In this class the work focuses on building strength from the inside out and the outside in, combining a variety of body weight challenges in various planes to stress the body’s musculo- skeletal and fascial structures. The class will build up to advanced push ups, planks, lunges and squats to train the body to be stronger and more dynamic. We will incorporate some high and low intensity work. All fitness levels are welcome, modifications are provided. We will challenge our bodies, sweat and have fun. The dojo is a shoes free space so be prepared to train barefoot.
