At 71. after a fall and partial hip replacement, I spent eight months going to physical therapists but was still in pain and on crutches. Then Rachel was recommended. Immediately I started to improve and continue to do so. Now I am walking without help except when distances are involved with little more than an ache every now and then. We have moved but the hour and a half each way will not stop me from continuing treatment with Rachel.

Rachel Hannah Deep Tissue Massage Receives 2008 Best of Northampton Award
U.S. Local Business Association’s Award Plaque Honors the Achievement
WASHINGTON D.C., October 8, 2008 -- Rachel Hannah Deep Tissue Massage has been selected for the 2008 Best of Northampton Award in the Holistic Practitioners category by the U.S. Local Business Association (USLBA).
The USLBA "Best of Local Business" Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Each year, the USLBA identifies companies that they believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and community.
Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2008 USLBA Award Program focused on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the USLBA and data provided by third parties.

My (last) massage was/felt deeply healing, supportive
of my health on many levels, but it was also really
entertaining. The series of sensations were far more
interesting than any movie; I felt like I'd taken a
trip through the cosmos. I wish this (such great
bodywork) for everyone.
After another massage, I felt like a cluttered
Victorian house that had been cleaned out, repainted,
and was now full of sunlight.
see you next week,
Graham

Rachel is one of the best massage therapists I have been treated by. She has good hands, and a good heart. Her work is therapeutic by nature. Every time I have had a treatment by her my body has felt better for weeks. Her work is deep, and she has an awareness of how much depth is appropriate for each person. She is very present while she works, which helps one slow down. If you get a chance to have her work on you, you are lucky.
